Main technical features:
1 The control system consists of industrial control computer and PLC. The main parts of the driving control system are imported one. High automation made the machine reliable and efficiency, precise and easy to operate.
2.Conveying speed of loading, heating and cooling section are all controlled by inverter which can assure the different section run in the same speed. This can avoid scratch on glass surface.
3.Advanced matrix ?alent control?process is unique and special designed for temperature control system, which ensure the precision and even/balance of temperature control to best state and situation.
4.For the temperature measurement we adopt the most advanced and latest ?odularization?central collection process, which highly improve the precision and good reliability of temperature measurement, as well decrease 80% failure rate if comparing with the normal measurement method.
5.Inside of heating oven, at top of oven there will be installed air convection system. Comparing with the normal radiation heating way, we have changed this kind of single heating way to two modes: radiation heating and convection heating, which not only can ensure the much more homogeneous temperature, top quality of finished glass flatness, but also quite suitable for more kinds of coated glass and heat reflective glass tempering.
6. Insulating materials are exported one with perfect performance. It needs only 4 hours to rise temperatures from 20°C to 700°C. Comparing with environment temperature, the outer surface temperature of oven is not more than 20°C high, Natural decreasing rate of temperatures is less 15°C/h. The installed power is small and the cost is low.
7.The heating furnace is divided into upper and lower parts. The upper part can freely move up and down by the roof lifting mechanism for easy maintenance. The ceramic roller is imported one, the quality good and serving life long. The ceramic roller can be taken down and put on very easily. Cooling system shorten oven cooling time greatly.
8.The software is powerful and it? very easy to operate, to maintain and to adjust.
9.The rigid shaft bend section use new technology which can shorten the straight part of the glass edge gravely.
10.The whole production procedure is controlled by computer, which insure the machine efficiency and high automation.
